Ok, I was able to fix Katherine's BG problem .
As you can see my second fish isn't shown in my aquarium, but is shown I will never ever change my aquarium.

About flow in a 155 gallon aquarium
in my 155 gallon bow front aquarium i got a lot of detritus in my aquarium under rock in my aquarium
how much flow is needed in my aquarium so it can be flushed out into the overflow and into the sump.
