We and what....
Our water is basically well water but it comes from the city.
Never had a problem it I think we got good water.
I use the water straight from the tap.
I know I must be different than everyone else.
I just put together a small aquarium with live plants. Any folks out there with this interest? I'm new to it. I do know I have a couple of Java ferns and some Java moss to make a bog log. I also have some anubias minima that was the hardest thing to plant...

I ended up using distilled because the city water was so bad.

I personally don't know system to clean....
But for the last 6 months I have at the aquarium here doesn't use RO water either, they use a commercial sized DI system.
I have an RO unit.
Are on city water, chloramines are an issue.
Ok - I've always been somewhat annoyed at the fact that in the store, there are a lot of products that come pre-watered down - weed-killer, drinks (in the UK we buy concentrates called "squash" and make it to your own liking) - but I found one by accident...

But I agree about the tap water - I just bought a test....
It's basically the same stuff *after system what I use for the salt-water aquariums...
Just be buying the regular stuff and adding tap water at home.
In Chicago, the water is pretty well chlorinated at the filtration plant to cut down on all the bacteria. But when it comes out of the tap, there's sometimes still a hint of the smell of chlorine. If you let it stand, which we don't, the chlorine diffuses...

tap water should be left open for a day for the chlorine to come out before....

Secondly, use this on the still wet/damp surface to stop water problem? Can you also call your city/municipality and ask them if this is normal in this area: It's the state's water, the supply for....

0PPM is worthless for....
Place is suppose to have good water pressure though Doing.
Kind of ppms are coming out of your RO system with well weater? my 300+ppm tap water comes out+ppm tap water comes out at about 25ppm..
If i catch a water turtle or frog out side can i put it in my fish tank? in a mud hole.

Change the water every three days, as well as washing.
You can buy turtle health desolving cubes at petshops, put one of these in the water.
With room tempature water, and place it in the quarantine tank.
Using Stress zyme for water changes I have a 55 gallon tank and use API stress zyme. The directions says to add 5ml per 10 us gallons. If I do a 15 gallon water change do I only need to add 15 gallons worth of stress zyme? Or enough...

Is your tap chlorine and/or chloramine levels in order to effectively dose your water the package directions assumes a base concentration of chloramine...
