I just added two clown fish to my aquarium. The maroon clown is covered with ich. I treated the tank with ich -x which has copper. the maroon clown is in hiding and the other 2 fish are darting around and scratching on everything. Not sure if I should...

You could use one.
Fill your 10 gallon QT with fresh saltwater (not from your DT) and move the fish, and then transfer the fish to your qt using fresh saltwater and treat with Cupramine.
