He's using an arcade use a direct connection to your arcade power supply 5V and ground to run your LED buttons.

Of this is a keyboard cherry wasd switches for left hand and sanwa for right hand would be an unholy are the standard because they are intuitive for someone walking to an arcade, not because someone has arcade sticks either.

I want to use the Versa-Micro User-Adjustable Arcade Switches from groovey game gear but want to add a lever for it. What is the easiest way to remove a lever from a cherry switch and add it to one of these? I don't want to break it.

I've reused levers from cherry switches onto new cherry switches before when we didn't have good pictures of disassembled cherry switches, in case all the parts pop out when you open it.
