I would bet it's a kind of heat rash thing--because your skin may get a bit moist or sweaty under the breasts, and the bra may do a bit of rubbing. Just be sure to dry off well after the shower and maybe put some talc there to lessen the chaffing. source

I've had BC on both sides had the simple treatment in each case. After positioning I was covered with a light cloth, I appreciated it, mostly because it was a bit warmer than nothing. source
