I thought that stroke recovery although it appears less major after awhile,..can continue for years.My husband has lost hope that my arm will function again after 5 years and I never really thought it wouldn't recover. It doesn't help to have the negativity...

Dont need an arm day, as long as your getting stronger on ur compound lifts your arms will get bigger without a doubt, maybe through in an arm day once every 2 weeks to mix it up.
