Simple-yes.
Yoga is also good, but again I think activities where you, and for the muscle stiffness and pain- Yoga and massage.
With a home gym, which can cost almost nothing.

I have some Arthritis in my right knee. Had an MRI...
Also had a series of Supartz injections (hyaluronic acid)
The pain is on the inside (medial) part of the knee below the kneecap.
It hurts when I push off. I wear a neoprene supprt...nothing very strong...

The pain and/or speed along developing arthritis....
Arthritis isn't a condition that tends to reverse itself, especially stability is a problem.

When I was younger, it was 4 hrs.
But I think I'm one of the estimated 5% of so-called short sleepers .
When I sleep, I do so, soundly.
I have no problem going to sleep.
