Sometimes my hands and feet feel like they are usually abnormally red).
I've stopped wearing flip flops because ppl are always asking what is wrong with my feet, unfortunatly there's not much I can do to hide the red hands.

Gave me med basically blood pressure meds, which helped the cold in my hands and feet and some time, they diagnosed mixed connective....
Migraines? Rhuem says I may have Reynolds syndrome causing the pain in hands/feet and the cold feelings.

Hi Gail, Capsaicin cream is helpful too. It numbs the pain. Be patient - it takes a few weeks to begin working. You can find it in the arthritis section of your local pharmacy. Just take care to keep it out of your eyes. It will burn! Janis

I have had minor problems w/nueropathy in my feet for a good while because of foot injuries....
