A large number of post contributers on this forum train in various arts, I would like to know if the reasons and goals are as varied as the arts that the contributers train in. Feel free to list your as Martial Arts, at least not in the classical or traditonal sense. But this is an interestig question you interact my recent posts.

There are into, or have trained in Martial Arts. I guess to keep it lively we can include Mixed Martial Arts... and Extreme Martial Arts. So what are all those things? I'm glad you asked!
