For me and a lot of people , there are some most efectives martial arts for exampleMarksmanship....
Things like muay thai and kick boxing get less practical as you age, better to do things like jiu jitsu or chin na.

Most legit martial arts take time to get good.
You get to implement life.
Is a fantastic art, but if it isn't clicking for you then try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
