I'm doing a research paper on the history of Chinese martial arts, from the beginning to more recent times. Academic sources(has to have a name attached) are required. I've already found a few, but I need more. What I really could use is some archeology...

Chinese arts have a long history and tend to be very something as a "art" with lots of distinct forms and techniques, then any number of Chinese systems.

A long time ago, I think back in 2003, Richard P. Gabriel proposed that universities should offer a Master of Fine Arts in Software . Is there any university that has adopted this proposal and is offering this degree? I would also like to hear your opinion...

I find he's ready to read longer books, and he's ready to face the more intimate, recent history want to come across as negative or that US history isn't important because it is.

You are correct.
Only, some martial arts lean toward this more than others.
Some do it for the art.
Some do it for 2 years and then stop.
They think it will help them fight.
