That you suspect asbestos and let them worry about it!! the duty holder (either landlord or main contractor) will be responsible to identify asbestos in propertys and inform the workforce in advance of work.

Are at it...stay away from the old 7 inch floor tiles if they are in your home...they contain asbestos.
