Of them mention that you have to have a specific version of XP to enable East Asian languages so "Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use:", choose your language.

If you have the East Asian Language Pack installed and if your font doesn't support.
That includes Japanese Characters it will display correctly in Windows XP even if East Asian language Pack is not installed.

I love smf but exhaust to edit all URDU/BALUCHI posts of my members because by default font size is too much small. It would be great if you set font size at least 12 with NOORI NASTALIQUE font type which is standard for URDU.

If that is the case, then you would have to find some way of calling a different font-size according to which language wanted to.
From memory, Urdu is an RTL language like Arabic.
Is too small for Arabic.
