Could there be a link between aspergers syndrome and henoch schonlein purpura and how common is to have both?

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at yahoo):
So the odds of having both would be 1 in over a million .
Asperger's occurs in about 1 in 250 people, and HSP affects about 20 in 100,000 children.
There's no evidence of a connection.

Who ever told you this horsesh*t, either told you (with the release of DSM V, wiki... .
It is just aspergers in high functioning.
Aspergers is tough to deal with, and always spectrum.
To complain about is completely out of line, in any case .

The hard part for me so far has been to discern what is the autism/aspergers and what is an 8 year year old with Aspergers.
