Not sure if this goes here but HUGE slowdowns
I've been playing Halo for AGES now and used to get at least 30FPS.
But recently I've been getting 9FPS and large slowdowns in pretty much every program.

Yup! Your PC is clean of malware but there are some conflict areas that are giving you problems.
Please consider the following:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ Ati2evxx.exe
ATI External Event Utility EXE Module.
Another background task which gets installed....

What is the EXACT wording of the Security Warning ? What program is giving you this security warning or is it just a pop-up which claims to be a security warning? What does this warning look like?

WinAntiSpyware Help!

This system has a number of infections it's better to use automated tools to get rid of most of the bad stuff.
Please download Ewido install it and update it but do not run a scan yet.
Next delete your temporary files by deleting all files and folders....
