Discussions about assist spammers

What is the best practice to ban the spammers? I have collected the IP addresses of the spammers who send to my users by adding them to my firewall. However, there are legitimate senders on some of those SMTP hosts and some of the IPs are legitimate destinations for my users. How should I ban the ...
