That is a Certificate, and not an Associates Degree an associates degree allows you to transfer.

I have a Associates in hiring.
Then they pass it onto the IT manager to decide whose experience is right or not .
It's either Bachelor's or bust.
IMO, Associates are near worthless in today's world.
