One reason I love where I live is because it has some really awesome, award-winning places to take the kids. We have some outstanding museums and the zoo here has won a bunch of awards. Our botanic gardens has a whole section for a "children's garden"...

We don't have much in the way of big attractions here, but DD is happy playground- there is so much to choose from it never gets old.

Lyall, there isn't one area of London that has a cluster of 'all tourist attractions', although London airport or travel to / from the city by rail.
