I have a YLP-013
power supply I'm trying to repair.
Can anyone help me with a parts list or schematic?
The PCB says YLP-013 Rev 2.1
No real manufacturer listed on the case but says 400 watts.

It's a standard computer power supply - electrically ATX type, but in
a size for a desktop (not tower) - which makes a cheap source
difficult. Size is WxLxH = 120x155x85 mm...

check for a shorted output rectifier on the +12v (or even on the other
outputs .

With an ATX, it might not need that additional.
You should be able to use the stock Caravan ATX mount a bobble strut-like mount at the rear of the transmission.

But if you work in ATX.
Look at those three transistors data sheet - they all have Vce is 800V .
Most of the ATX PSU uses 2SC3150 or 2SC3866 or 2SC5027 transistors for +5VSB Primary Section .
On the collector of T1.
