Australian Food?
Australians love to BBQ, so I would say steaks, sausages and chicken on the bbq and salads would be the main fare when we get together with friends. A 'typical' meal though, which the majority of people would eat of an evening with their families, I would say any type of meat, such as chicken fillets, pork or lamb chops, various cuts of steaks etc with either salads in summer or 3 serves of hot vegies. Would be hard to define though, as we have a large amount of ethnic communities in our cities and with their influence our cuisine is now varied with most families having pastas, curries, thai food, rice based dishes etc at least a few times a week.

Queenslanders are considered more red neck and racist, although not all of them, it's just a stereotype. Just look at the election results, there's a higher amount of votes for Pauline Hanson's party, who's also from QLD.
