I'm looking for 3 teenage books with different authors about the same subject that can be taught to middle school or high schools. I'm think geography, or history. Any suggestions?

I've been trying to read some more Australian books, either fiction or non-fiction, so does anyone have any suggestions for any books that they've enjoyed?
I just read "Lessons in Letting Go" by Corinne Grant and it was okay, but it dragged on a bit.
