Would advance auto or walmart carry a good oil filter for an 09 to use with the T6 synthetic oil? Should I just go to my local shop and pick up a 9 dollar filter or is there a better one available at one of these stores?

What is it? Sometimes it also happens when I am driving when I have additional people in the car or heavy weight in the car. Can this be stopped?
