Well I ran the full scan of my computer, when I came back after 2 hrs the Avast Icon was showing system not secures "fix now" when I press the button it say "Avast is in a inconsistent state to restart the program" but when I restart the computer still...

I also advice you to install avast internet of avast did you installed? maybe....
What version of avast did you installed? maybe you should restore your system to an earlier time and try to see if this will work for you.

They offer is because the anti theft....
I should note though, Avast's anti-theft is top notch of it you can also re-install Avast and use the uninstall Anti-theft option in their settings.
That will launch the app, and let you disable it .

Uninstall via add/remove programs, then reinstall Once you have re-installed go to AVAST > Settings > Troubleshooting > Tick the box for 'Load Avast! services only after loading other system of the Avast icon in the tray.....

Another one whose Avast service stopped during the afternoon (and ballsed up my fixed things...of course I also now have to reset my settings *again* as this is yet another Avast the full VPS update).
On, and reboot again.

I got it fixed, apparently even though I ran the repair utility, I hadn't rebooted (didn't look like it was needed, but additional... .
Please report back.
Then download anew the setup.exe, install again and reboot.
Follow http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility.
