We have the same issue at the theatre with mothers bringing babies to watch shows.
Younger children (4 and older) are going to have limited attention spans and some events won't hold.

A stroller is one thing but car seats of everything that is fine but it needs to be up ....
Not entirely true with us, that using someones garbage is just not safe .
Twins are usually smaller than other babies, they need "special car seats".
