I really wanted to go when I was pregnant but it hit when I was about 9 weeks pregnant and I didn't want to go to one and buy hoards of stuff and not be at 12 weeks yet .

The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.
