Money is so tight with this little one on the way, and I am really worried about actually getting the things that I really really NEED from my registry. Everyone already knows the sex of the baby and I fear that I'm just going to get swamped with infant...

FWIW - we knew DD was a girl, and we still got the vast majority of our registry items to make those purchases ... .
We are all well for your baby.
Think that it makes the person of honor at a shower, baby or bridal, look gift grabby.

I have a total-week-card-keepsake....
I was keeping them in a box - but between the baby shower, the birth, christening ect i have bracelets, her hospital hat, shower invitations, the baptism invitation, etc...
