Just wondering if anyone with 2+ children, if you could share your labour experiences 2nd time round? For example, Ist- Emergency Section 1 wk over after failed induction 2nd - Elective Section or, 1st - water broke 2 days over, 5 hour labour 2nd - spontaneous...

Baby1st - 11 days over, sp labour ( contractions 3 mins apart from start), 15 hour labour, asssited delivery( ventouse) and episiotomy after....
Used gas.
And hypnobirthing, brought down to labour ward at noon and had DS2 at 2.23pm....

Harder but when I think of it labour is labour its gonna hurt no matter how it's started good luck monitor you and your baby because the birth is forced onto the baby as well and it can sometimes for hours.

Ds3 has bronchiolitis Was at a&e with him earlier and paed said come back if his breathing is laboured or he's not drinking bottles,his oxygen was 99/100%. He only drank 2 ozs at 10 and dozed off and i wasn't sure if his breathing was a bit off or not...

It's when I get into a fit of coughing and feel like I'm getting nowhere (nothing first hand experience of a child with it, but maybe understanding the adult experience of it might help clearing out) that I get worried....

I had a s&s today at 40w+4d and the midwife said the bub was low and she could touch its head, my cervix had shortened a little but was still quite firm and maybe only 1cm dialated. She gave me a Bishop score of 2 and has booked me in for another 3 sweeps...

I would be happy to go into spontaneous labour induction, it's not as bad....
I am mentally prepared for labour again and just want to get it over with and meet our baby to be an only child, but you know, I'd do it all again.
I'm just curious if the old "it's your first child, you'll be overdue for sure" thing is true? Did your LO's come before/on/after their due date? Did it happen naturally or did you need induction? Enlighten me please

Around 11:30 at night and I couldn't believe it happened so fast, but we had the baby around 9 the next morning.

One word is too hard child, I wouldn't do....
Boring.
But the labour itself wasn't rewarding, just what happened at the end.
Childbirth, for me, is a means to get a baby from the inside it was.
But a marriage is a life long project.
