Ok so I have started knitting and I want to know
a) how to get the right tention in your wool.
and
b) If you use bigger needles then needed for a pattern, will the product turn out bigger? Or will it just not work?
Thanks in advance :-)

I just use what the patternI knit! It does help in so many ways, except when I knit too long and then my one arm starts to swell a bit.
But baby yarn is good too - less bulky.
If you knit with large needles.
