I need some new toys for this kid. She seems so bored with what she has (fisher price bouncy chair and an exersaucer.) She has a fantastic playmat and a bunch of rattles and teething toys but she just seems so bored with all of them.

Does anyone know what the crinkle material is inside of baby toys? I am trying to make a soft play book for my son and can't figure out where to get the crinkly paper that the pattern asks for! TIA!

Anyone have any super creepy toys? We have this huge big bird stuffed animal that my dad got for my DD. She loves it and giggles at it but MH and I are frankly pretty creeped out by it. We always joke that we're going to wake up in the middle of the night...

An Elmo toy for his first birthday and it is SUPER creepy! You pull the arms and legs and it makes noise toys for her house for all the grandchildren so I took it over there but she brings it out EVERY time we are there.

When do babies really start to play with toys or use things like exersaucers? I didn't register for anything like that because I figured it would be a couple of months before baby could use it anyway, but now I am not sure.

Though you're not supposed to have them hanging+ depending on the baby.....
Hand toys are good from newborn on up.
Both of my their necks.
The bumbo is helpful, with a tray for toys.

This will work since your baby is older than ours, but I flip the footrest up and clip toys to the frame there---works really well for us but not sure it would be an option with a bigger baby...I also sometimes clip things to the....
