I'm currently starting to write my own CMS in php from ground up using CakePHP (or should i use something else?) for my bachelors degree. And i'm thinking about various stuff that will be needed to do.

In fact, my current position is as an architect and I do not have a CS degree.
It certainly helps to have a Masters degree in CS, a CS degree even at the Bachelors level is not a strict requirement.

A Bachelor's degree will open more doors in the future. As an entry level radiographer, I doubt it would make much difference. After getting some years of experience under your belt, a bachelor's would qualify you for jobs with equipment manufacturers...

The only difference between the Bachelor's and Master's program is in the degree name have a Bachelor's, I suggest getting your Master's in PA- because regradless of the degree, the work:
