Should a disconnected CPU fan spin freely if I spin it with my finger? I have an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro CPU cooler that stopped working yesterday after just a few months of use. I can spin my CPU fan using a vacuum cleaner :) I've had fans seize up like with your finger and see if that gets it back to spinning freely. It should spin freely.
