Ok, so I've had a Capital One Rewards card for years and have been able to redeem 1% in cash after earning points 1 for 1. For instance, one spends $10,000 and one can get $100 in cash back. Well, that appears to be no more with my particular card.

I had $7.71 in rewards and I was able to apply $4.95 to my credit card.
I really don't want to apply for another card as I have too many as it is and don't need any more credit a Capital One No Hassles card.

I run a website where we mark certain accounts as scammers, and "flag" their account and all credit cards used as being bad. We don't store actual credit card values, but are storing a checksum/MD5 algorithm of it instead.
