So I would say if you are fasting to lose some calories better to do some but it is not true... .
It is good for someone who has not good for once health.
Fasting is whether good or bad it all depends from person to person.

Is palm oil or vegetable oil good or bad for your health? most people are eating outside now, be it at coffee shop, hawker centre or food court, the foods are cooked with the abovementioned oil (mostly in a big tin) which is cheap and can last longer....

Lately here at 100k miles, my MFD display is showing very nice high level of EV batt charge - generally 7 bars in the GREEN almost all the time. MPG good at 50 but did have one really low MPG tankful.

I'm assuming he meant a sustained high battery reading.
Signs of 'bad health' of the battery are dramatic and rapid swings from very high SOC (8 bars usually is not good.
