My honest advice is trash it and get a brass hot head torch.
The Fireworks torch has a bad reputation.

I wouldn't do it, because public hot tubs seem/hottubs.htm I would personally not submerge my belly in very hot water even for a short period of time.
You would probably be OK if you limited your time .

I have an amplifier, a monarch of unknown model.

Not because your body temperature is changing from being wet .
You feel cold because of the water evaporating from your skin as it is has a high heat capacity .
