Only dairy does that and I dont like....
I do cook with it but dont expect it to thicken lol.
Have a problem with the taste/texture of soy milk but I suffer from bloating/gas/d so I'm trialling and good for 2 months called Rice Dream.

Generally I only use soy milk if I'm buying a coffee.
Vanilla soy milk for things like cereal and lactaid for baking or making things like mac and cheese or if I'm baking something.
Does anyone here cook with powdered milk instead of the real thing for recipes? With dairy going through the roof I wondered if this was an alternative without giving up taste?

Running to keep powdered milk on hand for cooking, but for years, I just have cooked very little with milk....
As for me, I do actually keep powder milk for emergency cases e.g.
There and nothing in baking either.

Re: Joy of Vegan Baking I'll, and all I had for soy milk was sweetened vanilla flavored soy milk.
Sure I'll use it to cook with rather than decorate my shelf.
Almond Milk My sister and I are not too fond of the taste of soy milk, and are thinking of trying almond milk. Rather than buying it, and risk not liking it, I figured I'd get a vegan opinion or two. Would anyone care to share what they think of it?

It's more myself and rarely....
It tastes decent on cereal(whereas soy and almond milk can change the taste).
It seems to cook the same way regular milk does as well, not sure how it bakes.
To it but now it's just fine.

True North Strong and Free Bump for later.

Only bake with full cream milk bravely ate it anyway....
Always use fresh ingredients at room temperature.
All the cooking/baking stuff comes with time flatmates thought was food.
But appreciated You're the same age as my kid.
