Personally, Im not a big fan of cooking, or baking from one myself....
Sometimes they mixed up dry ingredients and brought home recipes of what to add before baking, along with recipes online specific to microwave cooking.

Vitamin D seems to help but old habits are hard to break .
When I'm in the dark and cold winter, vegetables don't cut it as well.
When I'm in the sun and warmth, vegetables are great.
Maybe "craves" is the wrong word.
