For those that do baking, when you see the measurements eg
1 cup flour (250g)
1/2 teaspoon sugar (25g)
Do you go via the weight or just put in 1 cup of flour?

Grease 9 muffin cups....
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon.
I did use baking soda instead of baking powder and it worked well and this saved 20 bucks at home.
This dough worked very good.

Also, place the mould on a baking tray to catch any drips.
Make sure release of the sponge after baking.
Usually with 3D moulds they attach to each other with a clip during the baking process.
