No reason for that, just used to doing it in other low carb baking mixes.
I did add a 1/4 t of baking powder and used club soda in place of water.
With butter.

This bread freezes well.
bake at 350 until golden.
No excuse now not to bake at least 2 batches except laziness pans.
Should be here by Tuesday.
