I have found one of the so called "Balkans" M91/30's. The rifle is a refurb and has been used since it was refurbished. My question is are these worth any more then the recent refurbs? I can probably get the rifle for a little over $100.

What features does it have to identify it as Balkan? Serial number on the stock and missing the stocks, but I'm not familiar with that practice as it relates to the Balkans.

ATM's will only pay local anyway, except at airports - where there might be both local and €uro ATMs .
It's fine getting €uros for the cities and bigger towns - but out in the country, local will be the way to pay .
Stick with local currencies.
