I have yet to have non-moist banana bread.
3-4 large bananas per loaf and thats always turned into moist banana bread for us Sour cream time to make banana bread.

A friend asked me if my banana bread recipe could be made in the bread machine (I doubt it, one lines the pans with buttered parchment, bakes for about 2.5 hours at 275). So, I did a search on the Internet and found 3 recipes. One is for a yeast Banana...

A yeast banana bread I would think would be like regular bread but with bananas - not what we usually think....
Otherwise banana bread doesn't need kneading or rising so not sure if it would work.

I had some bananas that were very ripe so I put them in a zip lock bag and threw them in the freezer. I was going to make some banana bread so took them out to thaw and there is liquid in the bag. Are the bananas still good to use? Do I drain the liquid...

Banana Bread Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops Whey Protein (I use wheytobuild muscle vanilla flavor)
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
3/4 Cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
8 oz of Water
Sugar, Brown Sugar or Artificial Sweetener to taste

Looks yummy, sometimes when I make banana bread of banana bread instead (add a little extra cinnamon too!) S good! If you freeze and thaw your bananas it speeds ....
A taste too, they loved it ...its nice and moist too .
