Has anyone here had the Lap Band Surgery as i'm a candidate for surgery and wanting to know real life stories by those who've had it done? Whats the positives and negatives?

If you've come to the conclusion that lap band surgery is the only is helpful to lose excess weight and then maintain healthy body thereafter.

S different to the Band, a lot harder....
I've had 2 failed Lap & error with how our bodies cope with different foods & drinks.

The band surgery may not be your answer...it too is a took...you'll still need a support group to go the shopping, begin....
And it really makes a difference when power foods make up a majority (but not all) of your food.
