Is there a way to force a WPF window to use a rubber band (no live preview of contents during resize) when resizing?
I realize this is usually a user preference on Windows but my application uses D3D windows and there is significant flicker when resizing...

For doing volume swells, put a dental retainer rubber band or two or three around your volume knob, use the crook of your little finger to adjust volume and never worry about slippage its a positive traction device...

No More Rubber Banding, Especially in Penumbra! Faster Loading Times, Mobs don't "wait" to fall over after u kill them they just die and fall over. Maps and menus open without lag, Zonging time increased...
