Days to include the 8 days bank holidays as of 1st April. As an e-commerce business I am not sure whether or not to ask them to work on bank holidays. Obviously no post/parcels will be collected , but their holiday entitlement doesn't include Bank Holidays and I don't pay for Bank Holidays...

Find a definite answer. Someone said to me the other day I can claim back the bank holiday's back , I was told I could claim back my bank holidays whilst on Maternity, I was off for 3 bank holidays... with your contract and Company policy whilst on Ordinary maternity leave, bank holidays are not accrued
