I imagine it wouldn't be so simple for some one not in India as it obviously else that has a secure credit....
I wouldnt know how this works outside india but in india a bank/branch code.
You have to confirm with your bank.

I've always used Lloyds TSB, never really had a problem with the online banking, it's simple and allows me to do what I want, and gives me a text to confirm new/changes in transfers etc. Although paying off a Lloyds TSB ...

I say the same bank, they have changed twice to my knowledge but I have been using to change to a different bank as I get....
I am ALWAYS in credit and in over 30 years with the same bank, I have never had to contact customer services.
