It's clear what they were trying to say, I think, but, in this day and age, you really need to be pretty lucid with what you're trying to say, and that is definitely not what's in the bill. Nobody wants to ban marriage, obviously, but the phrasing here is a bit silly. source

I am not the server admin but I am a reg user and channel admin but I have found that the Server admins cannot ban people until they free up the banned IP list. I was just wondering if this was a server problem or that maybe there was something else to be changed with the server. source
