On the Splendor, is the Robusto still a cigar bar or has it been converted to a karaoke bar? I ask because although Carnival's site still lists it as a cigar bar, a recent Capers did not mention it as a place where cigar smoking was permitted and listed...

FL has some great Cigar Bars, and part of the reason is they allow them to sell booze, just no food, but you can bring in food from out side.

I go in every one joints will deliver to you at the bar and they have no problem with ypou eatring there.
The cigar prices aren't too bad, but their drink prices are expensive.
