Bars aren't actually allowed to serve those to serve you if you appear intoxicated.
That was the whole point of going to a bar.

Of bad fouls by EversleyFC players went unpunished and it seemed every foul bar one was a booking, if you're last man and take out the attacking player the laws of the game say it should be a red card.
