Personally I think on a non combatant bard, 500hp is a nice minimum - so if you have that without to use scroll.

My melee bard does alot of personal dps and has alot of hit points for a bard and my healing/cc bard has a ton of spell points a healing/cc bard who can't cc....
Effective far more effective then if I were a jack of all trades .

An unrelated note: Your build inspired me....
The song bonus at 14 bard is great level 5 bard spells -- greater heroism has a decent length from a scroll, and nothing else there would.
But I actually agree that this split makes more sense .

Hi,
Maybe it is a silly question but how do you know the fascinate of a Bard?
I ask this because everytime i see the popup with the fascinate description it shows different save (will) value everytime.
I get values ranging from 55 to 77.
Any help?
