Does anyone have any experience with people in the northern lower that build furniture? I'm interested in having something made to order, but can't find anything locally.

My dream barn is probably smaller then most with rug racks and another door....
A large center door that can be opened for ventilation, and mini-horse half stall doors so they can peek out.

I know for a fact I will be looking at a job where the HO wants to have the new deck extend over the Bilco doors. He still wants to have access to them about twice a year to take the furniture in and out.
Anyone come up with a solution for this?

He used an off the shelf gas loaded hinge do like they use for barn....
The "barn" style doors for a "hatchback" style door (sheet metal fabricator" and use some cable trap door to access part of the basment on a project.
