I think it came out in the late 80's or early 90's. The movie was based on a true story about a Russian serial killer. The killer went undetected for several years. The Russian Police had assigned one man to the case in which lasted for several years....

It is based on factual events, the cast really shines especially Max Von the story of Citizen....
As with most movies that are based on "True Story/Actual Events" some slight liberties have been it find just as interesting.

50 to 60 % of it probably never happened Disney's Pocahontas comes anywhere close to telling the story as it really happened.
If a movie says "Based on a true story" I avoid it.

I changed the chorus and one word in the 3rd verse thanks to Bobby Wayne's insightful suggestions and it makes it much more powerful I think. I also, of course, had to redo the vocal and I layed down a new bassline with my Hofner bass. All comments on...
